  Our interviews reflect how we collaborate day-to-day: asking questions, solving problems, and building together. Preparation should come from your experience, not cramming. (For engineers: no Leetcode - ever.)

• Flexible to you

  We’ll adapt based on what you want to learn, or the strengths you want to highlight. We care more about slope than y-intercept: your potential and trajectory matter as much as your track record.

• Introductory call with the hiring manager
• A take-home project that mirrors real work (no Leetcode, no trick puzzles). For senior engineers, a technical screen where you walk through one of your previous projects.
• More casual conversation with our CTO - get to know one another better
• On-site where you pair with engineers, meet cross-functional teammates, get to know our CEO, and get a feel for how we build together

GTM hiring process
